For owners, managers and central agents

Nobody gives away clients.
We do.

Clients sent straight to you and nobody in between. No commission, ever.

Finding the client is the expensive part of this business. Here it is the free part. We make our money elsewhere: optional software for managers who want it, and everything above stays free whether you buy it or not.

Put her forward

What we are for

We’re strict at the door — nowhere else.

We keep the standard high on both sides, so owners meet serious clients and clients see yachts they can trust.

Every yacht

Every yacht is accepted against a strict, published standard — you must be authorised to represent her, and everything we publish must be accurate, complete and ready to go directly in front of a client. That includes her details, rates, photography and aerial imagery.

We only list yachts that meet the standard.

Every client

Membership is free, but it is approved, and nobody enquires before it is. What reaches you is a serious enquiry from a person who was let in — with a name, real dates and a reason to be asking.

Not everyone is approved. The door works the same way on both sides.

We’re not a broker and we don’t become one: we build the software and we hold the standard. Once someone’s through the door, the conversation is yours.

How it works

From her papers to her first enquiry.

You are in control at every step. Nothing about your yacht is published until you have reviewed and approved it.

  1. You put your yacht forward Send whatever you have — a brochure, a folio link or photographs — in any state and in any language. We take it from there.

  2. We review her properly We assess her against the same published standard we apply to every yacht. Not every yacht is accepted, and that is deliberate.

  3. We build her page We read her papers, organise her details and prepare the listing to that standard. Nothing goes live until you have reviewed and approved it.

  4. You keep her current Her calendar and rates stay in your hands, and they stay free. Keep them current and clients see accurate availability and pricing.

  5. The enquiry reaches you An approved client enquires and it comes straight to you — a name, real dates and a reason for asking. You answer, you contract, you keep the client. No commission to pay, ever.

Five steps. Two of them are yours.

How you rise

Better listings rise. Bigger budgets don’t.

There is no placement to buy, no position to sponsor and nothing to bid for. What lifts a yacht here is how well she is kept — and nothing else does.

What cannot move her

No budget, however large, puts another yacht in front of yours. There is nothing to sponsor, no position to buy and no favourites to court. Every yacht is found on merit.

Every operator is on identical terms. There are no private arrangements and no exceptions. We are a software company. We do not own, operate or hold an interest in any yacht listed here.

What can

She rises on how well she is kept: an accurate calendar, real rates, and photographs that still hold up. That is the whole of the mechanism — there is no other lever here, and no way to skip it.

Listings rise by being maintained, not by paying. A listing kept current ranks above one that is not.

What it costs

Free is not a tier. It is the whole thing.

No fee, no tier, no commission. Every client who writes about her comes straight to you, and costs you nothing.

  1. 01

    You put her forward

Her page, her calendar, her rates.

List her once and keep her record current. It costs nothing, now or later, and she is yours to edit or remove at any time.

  2. 02

    A client finds her

On merit, and on nothing else.

Her place among the others is earned by the listing itself: the photographs, the record, the calendar kept current. There is nothing to sponsor and no position to buy.

  3. 03

    A client, delivered

    Pre-qualified, and free.

They come to you with their dates and their party already known, straight to whoever holds her calendar. Nobody else gives clients away; here they are the part that costs nothing.

The best part of this business was never the chase. Let the clients come to you.

What is free

The enquiry

Every enquiry, straight to whoever holds her calendar

A client who writes about her reaches you, not a desk in between. Their first name, the week and what they wrote, the moment it is sent — and nothing of ours in the thread.

The listing

Listing her

Put her forward, and she is yours to edit or remove at any time. The page is never charged for, and nothing about her is published until you have approved it.

Calendar and rates

Her calendar and her rate cards

The two things a client needs to see before they write, kept by you and shown as you keep them.

Her page

Her photographs, her details, her page

As many photographs as she deserves, her specification and her layout — the page a client lands on.

Export

All of it, whenever you like

Everything you have entered leaves with you in one file, any time, without asking.

The calendar and the rate cards will never be on the other list.

They are the two things we most want kept current, and charging for either would be charging you to make the directory less accurate.

Listing, keeping your calendar and rates current, and receiving enquiries are free — and always will be.

What we sell

An office that runs itself.

It answers every enquiry the moment it lands, quotes from her own calendar and rates, follows up, agrees terms within limits you set and sends the contract for signature. By email, WhatsApp or phone, day and night, without you lifting a finger.

  1. 01

    An enquiry arrives

By email, WhatsApp or the phone.

Your AI receptionist takes every enquiry that comes in, whichever way it arrives, and picks it up the moment it lands.

  2. 02

    The magic happens

    Machinery processes the request.

Your AI yacht manager takes up the conversation with the client, backed by your own data, and carries it through to the close.

  3. 03

    You have a contract

    Priced, agreed and drawn up.

When the client says yes, it draws up the charter agreement on the terms agreed and sends it for signature. You see every step.

Three steps, and nothing between them. All of it happens in plain sight, and you set how much of it runs on its own. Machine learning keeps what it learns from every charter, so the hundredth is handled better than the first.

What is in it

The AI yacht manager

Answers, quotes and contracts, in your name

An enquiry arrives. The agent replies from her record, prices the dates the client asked for, holds the thread through the questions and draws up the contract. You watch it happen, and step in whenever you choose.

Listings

A brochure in, a finished page out

Send the brochure you already have. Her page is drafted from it — specification, layout, photography — for you to check and publish.

Briefings

Packs for captain, chef and transfer

Who is coming, when they land, what they eat and where they are met. One pack each, drawn from the booking, ready before the guests are.

The paper trail

Invoices, receipts and the file

Produced as the charter happens rather than reconstructed after it: what was agreed, what was paid, and when.

One thread

Email, WhatsApp and the phone

A client who starts on WhatsApp and moves to email is one conversation, not two. The agent holds it on all three; you read it in one place.

As autonomous as you let it be.

It works from her own record rather than guessing — the calendar you keep, the rates you set, the terms you use. You keep the client, and the last word.

Pro tools are optional and priced separately. Nothing on the free side ever depends on buying them.

No obligation, and no price shown until there is one to show.

Before the doors open

She belongs on the water on the first morning — not watching from the quay.

Put her forward now and she is prepared before launch day — and the first clients through the door come to you for nothing.

One email, on the first of October — your invitation to explore the fleet. Nothing before it, and nothing after it you didn’t ask for.

Questions

The questions we are asked.

Can we keep using our own charter contract, MYBA or CYBA?
Yes. When a client confirms a charter, the system produces a document with everything the contract needs: the parties, the yacht, the dates, the price and the terms agreed. You generate your MYBA or CYBA contract from it exactly as you do today, have it signed the way you usually do, and upload the signed copy to your office. The charter record is created for you.
Does it really cost nothing?
The listing, her calendar and rates, her page and every enquiry are free, and always will be. That is a standing commitment, not an introductory period. The Pro tools are optional and priced separately, and nothing on the free side ever depends on buying them.
Do you take a commission, or add anything to our price?
No. Not on the booking, not on the price, not from either side, at any point. There is no arrangement under which we earn more because your yacht was chartered.
Who sees the client, and who sees my yacht’s enquiries?
You do, and nobody else. An enquiry goes to whoever holds her calendar; we do not pass it to any other broker, and we are not in the thread. The client is yours from the first message.
How much does the AI do on its own?
As much as you let it. It can draft every reply for you to send, or answer, quote and contract in your name from the first enquiry to the signature. You set the level, you see every step, and you can change your mind at any time.
Can we take her off the platform?
At any time. Removal is immediate rather than on request, and everything you have entered leaves with you in one file. Her listing stays yours for as long as she is here.
When do the doors open, and what happens before?
The whole fleet opens at once on 1 October 2026. Put her forward now and she is reviewed, her page built and approved by you, and ready on the first morning, so the first clients through the door find her rather than an empty page.
