We are not a brokerage and we are not a party to any charter agreed through this directory. We take no commission, introduction fee, or share of any booking, from either side, at any point.

There is no arrangement under which our revenue rises because your yacht was chartered.

Using this platform costs a charter client nothing. We add nothing to any price shown, and no price shown here is inflated to carry a fee to us.

Rates displayed are the operator’s own, as supplied by them or compiled from published sources. What you ultimately pay is agreed between you and the company representing the yacht.

Listing a yacht, correcting the listing, and receiving enquiries through it are free of charge and will remain so. This is a standing commitment, not an introductory period.

Optional software tools for managers are charged separately and are described as such wherever they appear. Nothing in the directory itself is gated behind them.

No operator can pay for position, prominence, promotion, or inclusion in any list, search result, or recommendation on this platform. We do not sell advertising placement against yachts.

Ordering is determined by the platform’s own criteria — relevance to what was searched for, completeness of the listing, whether it is maintained by the yacht’s representative, and how recently they confirmed it is current. Money is not one of them.

In the default ordering, a listing confirmed current within the last ninety days ranks above one that has not been. Keeping a calendar and a rate card current is free, and it is the only way to move up.

Your listing remains yours. You may correct it, export it, or remove it at any time, and removal takes effect immediately rather than on request.

Beyond displaying your listing on this platform, the only use we make of your data is aggregated, anonymised availability — that is, counts of what is open across the fleet in a period, from which no individual yacht, operator or client is identifiable.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass enquiries to any other broker.

Yacht Platform is owned and operated by Exclusive Yachting Partners LLC.

We do not own, operate or hold an interest in any yacht listed here. Should an operator ever be affiliated with our owners or shareholders, they would appear under exactly the same terms as any other: the same placement rules, the same access, the same sight of an enquiry and no earlier, and no commercial advantage of any kind.

Enquiries placed here are routed to the representative of the yacht enquired about, and to nobody else.

Our revenue comes from optional software taken by yacht managers, priced separately and described as such wherever it appears.

It does not come from commission on bookings, from selling placement or visibility, or from selling data. If that ever changes, it will be stated here before it is true anywhere else.
